In the current view on the left of the installation is receiving tank with mounted excavator, and the right two water treatment tanks for gravity separation and collection of sludge.

At this stage, the supply of electricity on temporary scheme (powered by an external source or from the diesel generator) and other communications - filling in the tanks with 40 tons of water, connection hoses and cables between the individual UOG-15 units.

Connected boiler or steam generator is in operating mode, providing hot water 70-90°C. This is followed by a test run of the plant first on the water, then water with sand, and only after that - with the batch of sludge. The whole cycle from the arrival of transport to start of process takes from one to three days, depending on the readiness of the site.
